Seventeen foot wide sliding pocket doors open all the way to a canterra deck with comfortable seating overlooking the 14th tee or just beyond the Sea of Cortez and San Jose del Cabo. Adjacent is the Dining room with seating for 6 or outside on the deck is a handcrafted stone table with seating for 6 as well.
The locally crafted armoir opens to reveal a 45 inch Sony LCD TV with a Roku streaming stick and a Bluray DVD player. There is a state of the art Niessen whole house sound system with individual control by room and Yamaha outdoor speakers to simply plug in your favorite tunes and play your selections as you wish anywhere in the house. High speed WiFi, 200 meg download fiber is available throughout the whole house.
The Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Sleep in 100% Egyptian cotton sheets, down pillows, quality mattresses, high vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans, free calls to the USA telephones, blackout curtains and an alarm clock is found in both bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own separate air conditioning system.
The bathrooms feature Turkish cotton bath sheets, hand and face towels, a hair dryer plus large tiled walk in glass showers. The master features double sinks, a separate toilet closet and a large jetted bathtub.
